Roadmap
What's coming next.
Ballpark Weather is a work in progress. Here's what I'm thinking about building — roughly in order of priority. If something here matters to you, or there's something missing that should be on the list, let me know on the feedback page.
Detailed game view
A dedicated page for each game with the full weather breakdown — hourly forecasts, wind direction, humidity, visibility, and more. Everything you'd want to know before driving to the park.
Team and ballpark pages
Browse by team or stadium. See the full schedule for any team with weather risk baked in, so you can plan ahead for a series or a whole road trip.
Historical delay and postponement data
Some ballparks get rained out far more than others. Historical patterns — by stadium, by month, by weather type — could make the risk scores sharper and give you better context for what you're looking at.
Team logos
A small thing that would make the matchup cards a lot more readable at a glance. Team abbreviations work, but logos are faster.
Better scoring model
The current model is a solid starting point, but there's room to improve. Incorporating historical postponement data, stadium-specific quirks, and how different weather combinations interact would get the risk scores closer to how teams actually make these calls.
